Shipping and Returns

At Lynq, we want to guarantee your satisfaction with your shopping experience. Below, we detail our shipping and returns policy.

1. shipments

  • Delivery time: Orders are processed within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Shipping fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location and will be displayed during checkout.
  • Delivery area: We deliver to addresses in mainland Portugal and the islands, and there may be additional costs for the islands.

Please note that you can choose between two shipping options for your order:

  1. Shipping with tracking code: Allows you to monitor delivery in real time and guarantees greater security in the shipping process.

  2. Shipping without a tracking code: This is a more economical option, but it does not offer parcel tracking. In this case, we inform you that we cannot be held responsible for any faults or losses during transportation.

 

2. Return Policy

  • Right of withdrawal: You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, without the need for justification, in accordance with Portuguese law.
  • Returns process:
    • Send an e-mail to [[email protected]] with your intention to return the product, including the order number and the reason for the return.
    • The product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of use and with the packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defects or shipping errors.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as for the initial purchase.
  • Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

4. Defective products

  • If the product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to coordinate an exchange or refund, as applicable.
